Capulanas are popular garments worn by women, and are full of symbolic meaning. They are a reflection of social relations, and instruments for cultural communication. This catalogue is a compilation of different Capulanas designed by renowned artists who are collaborating with the IBO Foundation. Each artist has captured their experience and vision of Mozambique, and is contributing to the development of the island in the process.
